For a power generation IPP project in Dubai, UAE, we are mobilizing an Owner’s Engineer team to support EPC design review, construction supervision, site inspection, testing, commissioning, COD readiness, and warranty-period follow-up.

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong EPC, Owner’s Engineer, consultant-side, power generation, utilities, waste-to-energy, biogas, landfill gas, thermal power, or industrial project experience.

We are looking for a Mechanical Site Inspector to inspect mechanical installation, equipment erection, piping, alignment, testing, and punch list activities for a confidential power generation IPP project in Dubai.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Inspect installation of mechanical equipment, piping, valves, supports, skids, pumps, packages, and balance-of-plant systems.

·       Verify material receiving, preservation, installation, alignment, cleanliness, and mechanical completion.

·       Review method statements, ITPs, inspection checklists, test packs, and QA/QC documents.

·       Witness pressure testing, flushing, reinstatement, mechanical run checks, and pre-commissioning activities.

·       Raise site observations, NCRs, and punch list items where required.

·       Coordinate with Mechanical Engineer, Welding Inspector, Commissioning Engineer, QA/QC team, and EPC Contractor.

·       Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and quality documentation.

·       Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.

·       Minimum 7 years of mechanical inspection experience.

·       Experience in power generation, industrial plants, utilities, oil & gas, or EPC projects.

·       Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, piping, equipment inspection, QA/QC, and testing.

·       UAE / GCC experience is preferred.
