Missão
• Co-ordination with Customers for order Change scenarios and priorities
• Alert to customers/ overseas plants in case of any delays in pipeline inventory & organize emergency shipments.
• Organizing weekly meeting with destination plants upraising current scenarios of Supplier’s performance, Logistics Performance & Demand analysis.
• Periodical check & resolve system issues if there are any anomalies found.
• Ensure the Inventory Landing targets are achieved as per Renault Corporate Targets
• Monitoring weekly customer’s/ plant orders V/s Suppliers delivery plan.
• Manage a special transport (inbound and/or outbound)
• Analyse with Gantt for premium freight requirement to protect customers production line
• Review of supplier’s delivery performance in daily meeting
• Coordinate shipment plan with respect to Customer orders with 3PL to ensure right quantities are shipped on time.
• Manage the workload on Parts Controllers and coaching for “Customer TGP”
• Coordinate with APO for supply support, Commercials, EOP / OBS claims, etc…
• Report delivery ILN performances to Management, customers & Corporate
• Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, Power-point
• Good communications skills in English & Tamil / Hindi
• Knowledge of Renault EDI system (LISA / SI2C) to manage order flow between from Customers – AILN and Suppliers.
• Logical approach for problem solving.
• Discipline in Time & Work Management
