Join a
leading aerospace manufacturing team supporting business jet production
programs in Red Oak, TX We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Assembler /
Aircraft Structures Technician to perform assembly, installation, fastening,
and structural integration of aircraft components on corporate aircraft
including Global and Challenger platforms. This role supports a
high-precision aerospace production environment, ensuring aircraft structures
and systems are assembled to strict engineering and quality standards.
Assemble, fit, fasten, and install aircraft structural components including:
fuselage sections wings and tail assemblies bulkheads and stabilizers landing
gear systems control systems and rigging environmental (heating and
ventilation) systems Drill close-tolerance holes and install aircraft
manufacturing hardware Use hand and power tools including pneumatic/electric
drills, rivet guns, and torque tools Read and interpret technical drawings,
blueprints, and engineering specifications Ensure proper fit, alignment, and
installation of aircraft assemblies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe
work environment Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner Work
effectively in a team-based aerospace production environment Ensure
compliance with manufacturing and calibration standard
Perfil
Minimum 5
years of experience as an Aircraft Assembler, Aircraft Structures Technician,
or in a related aerospace manufacturing role Strong experience in aircraft
assembly, structural installation, or precision manufacturing Experience
drilling close-tolerance holes and installing aircraft hardware Proficient
with hand tools, pneumatic tools, rivet guns, and torque wrenches Ability to
read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical
specifications Experience using precision measurement tools including:
calipers micrometers torque wrenches go/no-go gauges fastener grip/height
gauges trulok gauges Must be able to pass a plate test Must be authorized to
