Cross-Functional & International Alignment:
Align OTA plans, release decisions, and deployment milestones with engineering and project management teams in China.
Coordinate release activities across Development, System Integration, Validation, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams.
Drive the resolution of release blockers, critical quality risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
Monitoring, Quality & Compliance:
Consolidate and report EU deployment readiness, software maturity, test completion, rollback readiness, and recovery preparedness.
Monitor deployment KPIs (update success rates, customer impact, incident trends) and evaluate post-release performance.
Report post-release performance, incidents, lessons learned, and recovery actions to project leadership.
