Job Title: Engineering Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design reviews and interface coordination for major power and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering design reviews.
- Coordinate Civil, Plant, Telecom, Protection, SCMS, OHL and Cable disciplines.
- Review technical submissions, drawings and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
- Manage technical interfaces and design conflicts.
- Monitor comment resolution and resubmissions.
- Support design freeze and technical readiness reviews.
- Coordinate engineering input into commissioning and handover.
- Maintain technical review dashboards and registers.
Profil
- Strong engineering-management experience on power transmission or utility projects.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews.
- Strong understanding of substations, transmission systems and engineering interfaces.
- Experience working with EPC contractors and consultants.
- Excellent technical leadership and coordination skills.
