Zadania
- Develop, implement, and improve Paint Shop manufacturing processes to meet product and quality requirements during new model launches and industrialization.
- Ensure process solutions, simulations, and supporting documentation comply with technical specifications and production standards.
- Support the creation and update of Process Instructions, Process Control Plans, and P-FMEA throughout the industrialization phase.
- Monitor cycle times, analyze engineering changes, and ensure timely implementation of product and process updates.
- Coordinate with Commodity teams to maintain accurate product data and revisions.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve product and process issues during validation and pre-series production.
- Lead industrialization activities with contractors, ensuring CAPEX project standards and key deliverables are achieved.
- Manage new product introductions, including colors and materials (Sealing, Paint, Wax, NVH Foam), and lead slow build activities with cross-functional teams.
- Drive risk assessment activities and support Shop Engineering with third-line analysis and continuous process improvements.
Profil
- Experience with Manufacturing Engineering processes, production facilities, tooling, and equipment, preferably within Paint Shop operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
