Zadania
- Broad Project Management (Cost, Weight, Timing, Function, Quality, Safety)
- Planning, scheduling and controlling ADAS HW and SW application projects and supply chains
- Global teamwork with Product Development, Testing, Manufacturing, Purchase, Finance, Service
- Project integration and coordination of Design & Release (D&R), Verification, Sign Off and Launch
- Daily reporting: workplans, team & project status and support requests to senior management
Profil
- Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Electronics, Control Theory, Automotive, Mechanical or Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of experience in handling projects independently.
- Experience with project accountability, capacity planning, supplier management and resource triage
- Experience with project deliverables, project timing & cost accountability, DRI ownership
- Experience with inter-departmental collaboration, target cascading and evidence documentation
- Experience in Design & Release (D&R) including leading global suppliers in HW and SW
- Experience with cameras, radars and ultrasonic sensors is preferred
- Broad commercial skills for commodity management is preferred
- Basic functional knowledge of Driver Facing Camera (DFC), Front Windshield Camera (FWC),Surround View Camera (SVC), Rear View Camera (RVC), Front View Camera (FVC), Mid-Range Radar (MRR), Short Range [Side] Radars (SRR), Short Range [Rear] Radars (SRR), Ultrasonic Sensors (USS), ADAS Controller (ECU) is preferred.
- Team Player within complex and diverse global teams
- Fluent spoken and written English, including broad presentation & smart negotiation skills
- EU Driving License is required
