Job Description

As a Recruiter you are the competent contact person for the business unit and responsible for the smooth search and placement of our open vacancies
Responsible for the formulation, placement and management of job advertisements and the follow-up of applications
Active sourcing / direct approach (Xing, LinkedIn, social media) of potential candidates
Coordinating appointments and conducting interviews via telephone / video
Establishing & expanding a talent pool with a focus on the automotive industry
Documentation of recruitment efforts in weekly meetings

Qualifications

Business fluent German and good English skills
Several years of professional experience in recruiting and talent pipelining
Knowledge of active sourcing & HR channels (incl. social media)
Passion for recruiting and personnel
Knowledge of MS Office and HR software and enjoy administrative work and maintaining the applicant management system
Affinity for the automotive industry and technical understanding desirable
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and organizational talent
Team player
