1. PLC Programming: Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD), and Structured Text for industrial automation systems.
2. Siemens PLC: Hands-on experience with S7-1200, S7-1500, TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, PROFINET, hardware configuration, and PLC diagnostics.
3. Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation: Experience with ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Studio 5000, RSLogix 500, EtherNet/IP, and PLC-to-HMI/SCADA integration.
4. Node-RED Development: Develop industrial dashboards, real-time data monitoring, alarm notifications, data logging, and PLC integration using Node-RED, MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and REST APIs.
5. Commissioning & Troubleshooting: Perform FAT/SAT, PLC testing, I/O checking, machine commissioning, communication troubleshooting, system integration, documentation, and production support.
