We are looking for a Junior Data Analysis & Method Development Engineer to support the development and optimization of data analysis methods within innovative automotive engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement data analysis methods using AI-based approaches and data processing techniques.
Analyze and evaluate measurement and testing data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential improvements.
Develop scripts and tools to automate data processing, validation, and evaluation activities.
Support the optimization of existing analysis methods and contribute to improving process efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and development teams to understand technical requirements and implement suitable solutions.
Document developed methods, analysis results, and technical solutions.
Working Conditions:
Salary range: 8,500–10,000 RON net/month.
Working model: Predominantly remote, with occasional visits to Bucharest for administrative purposes when required.

Profilo
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in data analysis, software development, or a similar technical area.
Good knowledge of Python, including familiarity with data analysis libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
Basic understanding of statistical analysis, data processing, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and their practical applications in data analysis.
Ability to analyze technical data, interpret results, and identify potential improvements.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Previous exposure to automotive engineering or technical development projects.
Experience working with measurement, testing, or validation data.
Basic knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink.
Familiarity with Machine Learning algorithms and data visualization tools.
