Compito

  • The role involves leading product releases, managing concerns and change management forms, and performing advanced data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the below tasks.
  • Bill of Material (BoM) Management: Develop and implement BoM structuring strategies, ensuring accuracy, modularity, and alignment across all build phases. Maintain BoM quality through regular audits, validation activities, and issue resolution (PCNs/alerts).
  • Program Change Management: Lead the tracking, analysis, and implementation of all program changes impacting the Vehicle Hardware Module (VHM), driving them through defined processes and cadences, and participating in relevant review meetings (CMM, PCN, WACTS).
  • Cost & Weight Management: Partner with finance and weight teams to align engineering assumptions, summarize, maintain, and track part piece cost, investment, ED&T, and weight targets, and support management reviews with detailed analysis.
  • Part Planning & Sourcing: Manage and track all timed activities from prototype funding to PPAP submissions to ensure timely part and tool availability. Lead the sourcing process, ensuring data integrity and timely completion.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Reporting: Lead cross-functional alignment meetings for BoM structuring and P-Release. Consolidate and present comprehensive BoM, cost, and weight status reports, while proactively identifying and implementing process improvements and capturing lessons learned.
