We are seeking a proactive Senior Integration Developer who can take end-to-end ownership spanning hands-on development, architecture, and business analysis. In this role, you will design and build an enterprise integration broker running on Ubuntu Linux, integrating with IBM MQ and external libraries.

This position calls for a strong coder who seamlessly steps into the shoes of a Solution Architect and Business Analyst. You will drive the entire pipeline: from understanding complex business logic and mapping data flows to designing and delivering scalable, mission-critical integration solutions across organizational boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel within Linux/Docker environments, ensuring proactive monitoring and troubleshooting in production.
• Design end-to-end integration landscapes, define message contracts, evaluate non-functional requirements, and ensure maintainable, high-performing architectures.
• Grasp business processes and rules, review technical documentation, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Determine data exchange requirements, transformations, triggers, and robust error/exception handling logic across cross-organizational systems.

Required Qualifications

Core Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.
• Practical experience with messaging technologies, particularly IBM MQ.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and standard integration patterns.
• Operational proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu), Docker, and databases.
• Hands-on knowledge of security standards such as PGP.
• Proven track record in monitoring and troubleshooting production environments.

Analysis & Architecture Skills:

• Ability to master complex business logic, system interactions, and data semantics.
• Capability to design complete integration architectures across enterprise landscapes.
• Experience identifying information flows and drafting formal integration specifications.
