Vehicle Integration – Engine

• Responsible for vehicle-level integration of engine and powertrain systems.

• Work on integration of engine, engine mounts, intake & exhaust systems, turbocharger, cooling system, fuel system, lubrication system, sensors, and engine accessories.

• Perform packaging, clearance, interface, routing, and CAD/DMU checks.

• Coordinate with Powertrain, Chassis, Body, Electrical, Thermal, Manufacturing, Quality, and Suppliers.

• Resolve fitment, clash, NVH, thermal, vibration, and assembly-related issues.

• Support prototype builds, vehicle testing, validation, engineering changes, and issue closure.

• Ensure performance, durability, safety, manufacturability, and vehicle-level requirements are achieved.
