Position Overview

Segula Technologies is looking for an experienced NVH Propulsion Project Engineer (PPE) to lead Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) activities on conventional and electrified propulsion systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the Propulsion System and Vehicle organizations, ensuring that NVH assessments are systematically performed at all program gates and that essential NVH enablers are integrated into the final vehicle design.

Key Responsibilities

  • NVH Program Leadership: Lead NVH activities for propulsion systems (conventional and/or electrified) across all assigned vehicle programs.

  • Gate Assessments & Release Alignment: Ensure NVH evaluations are completed at every program gate, engaging release teams to implement NVH enablers into the final design.

  • System Integration: Support relevant NVH activities to seamlessly integrate propulsion systems into the vehicle while ensuring overall vehicle NVH target achievement.

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the technical bridge between the Propulsion System organization and the Vehicle organization regarding system-level NVH attributes.

  • Management Reviews: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and structured presentations for management decision-making.
