• Design and develop automotive suspension components and assemblies using CATIA V5.
• Develop designs considering strength, stiffness, weight, durability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production implementation.
• Investigate and resolve design issues identified during prototype and vehicle testing.
• Prepare and maintain BOM, engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Support ECR/ECN and engineering change activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component development, manufacturing feasibility, and technical issue resolution.
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Suspension Design Engineer with hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 for the design and development of vehicle suspension components and systems. The candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling, detailing, packaging, design validation, and coordination with CAE, testing, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
