Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Internal Logistics & PFEP Lead to lead the logistics workstream of a manufacturing process-improvement project.
The consultant will define the PFEP and material-flow methodology, coordinate SAP data correction and ensure all logistics deliverables are tested, validated and approved.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment of plant logistics and material-flow standards.
- Define the PFEP methodology and required data fields.
- Review part segmentation and replenishment strategies.
- Lead warehouse, packaging and line-supply assessments.
- Approve supply modes, stock parameters and logistics rules.
- Lead warehouse and logistics-layout optimization reviews.
- Oversee SAP master-data correction and testing.
- Ensure changes are traceable and approved by plant key users.
- Define ownership and approval responsibilities.
- Coordinate logistics, planning, warehouse and production stakeholders.
- Review team outputs and resolve technical gaps.
- Lead handover, training and plant sign-off.
Profilo
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Between 10 and 15 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive manufacturing logistics experience.
- Previous leadership of PFEP, material-flow or logistics-transformation projects.
- Advanced SAP MM, WM or EWM knowledge.
- Strong understanding of warehouse design, line feeding and inventory planning.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional plant teams.
- Strong governance, workshop and stakeholder-management skills.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
