We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer & Architect to join our consulting practice. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of production-grade AI solutions, architectural design, and implementation strategies for our diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep technical implementation and strategic business value. You will be responsible for balancing performance and optimization across the full lifecycle—Development, Deployment, and Run phases—ensuring that cutting-edge AI methodologies translate into scalable, cost-conscious, and high-impact business outcomes.

• Architect, build, and maintain robust, end-to-end production AI solutions and machine learning models.

• Design and implement sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, utilizing advanced chunking strategies and embeddings across OpenAI, Databricks, and open-source models.

• Develop agentic systems and multi-agent designs, including the orchestration of routing mechanism frameworks, state memory management, tool integration, and agent-to-agent communication networks.

• Execute systematic model selection strategies, evaluating the trade-offs between proprietary models (e.g., GPT) and open-source models to optimize performance against financial and operational metrics.

• Conduct advanced prompt engineering and system prompt optimization to guide model behavior and guarantee strict output validation.

• Design, optimize, and operate cloud functions and serverless data workflows within Azure and Databricks ecosystems.

• Maintain a rigorous framework of cost consciousness across the entire development pipeline, continuously evaluating Dev, Deploy, and Run costs against realized business value.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience building, scaling, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.

• AI Stack & Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience designing and operating within the Azure AI stack (including Azure AI Services and Microsoft Foundry) and Databricks.

• Programming & Frameworks: Elite Python proficiency alongside deep expertise in mainstream machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLlib, and Scikit-Learn.

• Generative AI Expertise: Practical execution of RAG frameworks, embeddings, specialized chunking, system prompting, multi-agent routing, and Co-pilot customization frameworks.

• Data Architecture (Nice to Have): Experience utilizing PySpark/Apache Spark, managing event-driven systems, or processing streaming data feeds.

• Methodologies (Nice to Have): Previous exposure integrating robotic process automation (RPA) within agentic networks.

• Leadership (Nice to Have): Demonstrated capability mentoring junior Machine Learning and Data Engineers to foster technical excellence.
