Mission

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team and work on a project for one of our English-speaking clients. You will design, build and maintain advanced business applications, automated workflows and interactive dashboards, working remotely with the client’s teams on a daily basis. You will turn their business needs into scalable, user-friendly digital solutions built on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop advanced canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps, with a strong focus on usability, performance and maintainability.
  • Build and optimise automated business processes with Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, scheduled and event-driven flows, integrations with third-party systems).
  • Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists and document libraries used as data sources, including permissions and information architecture.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, connecting to SharePoint, Dataverse, Excel and other data sources.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, propose technical solutions and present them to the client’s stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, naming conventions and ALM (environments, solutions, deployment).
  • Write technical documentation in English and provide training and support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain and continuously improve existing applications and flows.

Profil

Required skills and experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps (canvas apps, Power Fx formulas, delegation, components, responsive design).
  • Solid experience with Power Automate, including complex flows, error handling and connectors.
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, content types, permissions).
  • Experience building dashboards with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query).
  • Understanding of Dataverse and data modelling principles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Fluent English (B2/C1 minimum), both written and spoken: you will attend meetings, run workshops and write documentation directly in English with the client.
  • Experience working with international or offshore/nearshore clients is a strong plus.
  • French is an asset.
Nice to have

  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst).
  • Experience with custom connectors, Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) or REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance (CoE Starter Kit, DLP policies).
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder.
  • Agile / Scrum working experience.
Soft skills

  • Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working directly with business users and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural setting and managing time-zone constraints.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
