Mission
- Develop packaging solutions for new project parts and ensure timely implementation.
- Coordinate with global customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on packaging requirements.
- Create and maintain packaging data, specifications, and system updates.
- Conduct packaging trials, validations, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure packaging readiness to support project launches and production requirements.
- Monitor packaging performance and initiate continuous improvement activities to reduce damage, waste, and transportation costs.
- Prepare and update packaging drawings, standards, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Support customer packaging improvements ideas and address packaging-related concerns through effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with logistics, quality, purchasing, and production teams to resolve packaging issues and ensure smooth material flow.
- Supplier management / MIS reports .
