Job Title: Risk Associate

Job Description
We are seeking Risk Associates to support programme-level risk management, risk registers, workshops, trend analysis and early-warning reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update programme risk registers.
- Review contractor and consultant risk registers.
- Support risk identification and assessment workshops.
- Monitor mitigation actions and residual risks.
- Prepare risk dashboards and heat maps.
- Track early-warning notices and emerging risks.
- Analyse risk trends across multiple project packages.
- Support quarterly lessons-learned reviews.
- Escalate high-impact risks to programme management.
- Support programme reporting and decision-making.
Profil
- Experience in project or programme risk management.
- Strong exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities or EPC projects.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Experience facilitating risk workshops is desirable.
