Mission
For a project in the truck manufacturing industry, we are looking for an Electrical/Electronic Engineer to provide technical support directly within a truck production environment located in Kopřivnice, Czech Republic.
The role is focused on electrical and electronic troubleshooting, identifying technical issues during production and supporting their resolution together with the relevant engineering and production teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues on trucks during the production process;
- Identify the root cause of technical problems and support their resolution;
- Work closely with production and engineering teams on technical issues;
- Perform checks and basic analysis of electrical/electronic systems and components;
- Support the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions;
- Document identified issues and the solutions applied;
- Provide on-site technical support according to production needs.
The position involves working abroad at the truck production site and requires availability for shift work, including night shifts.
Employment Package & Benefits:
Salary: approximately 5,000–6,000 RON net/month, depending on experience and technical skills, plus a daily allowance.
Weekend work: compensated at 150%.
The company will provide accommodation for the entire duration of the project.
The company will also cover local transportation costs for commuting to and from work, using public transportation.
As part of the relocation package, the employee will benefit from two round-trip flights per year to their home country, fully covered by the company.
In addition to the base salary, the employee will receive a daily allowance (per diem) for the entire duration of the project.
Profil
- Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field;
- Around 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical/electronic or electromechanical activities;
- Experience with troubleshooting and fault diagnosis;
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and technical documentation;
- Basic understanding of automotive or vehicle electrical/electronic systems;
- Practical and structured approach to identifying technical problems;
- Availability to work abroad for an extended project assignment;
- Availability to work in shifts, including night shifts;
- English skills sufficient for day-to-day technical communication.
