Mission
SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Cost & Contracts Engineer for a renewable energy infrastructure project in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor construction costs and contractual obligations.
• Review progress measurements and contractor payment documentation.
• Support evaluation of variations and change requests.
• Monitor cost forecasts and financial progress.
• Assist with contractual correspondence and reporting.
• Coordinate with project management and construction supervision teams.
Profil
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a relevant discipline.
• Proven cost control and contract administration experience.
• Experience in EPC, power or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, variations and cost reporting.
• UAE project experience preferred.
