We are seeking Graduate Engineers. The successful candidates will support engineering design and development across a broad range of ongoing projects.

The roles offer the opportunity to work on innovative and technically challenging projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop high-quality mechanical design solutions.

• The initial assignment involves supporting the reintroduction of a legacy helicopter platform.
• You will join the team creating 3D CAD from original drawings and integrating modern engines and control systems.
• Updated drawings capturing part number revisions need to be produced and verified.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Graduate Engineers (0–3 Years)

• Use nominated CAD/PLM systems to develop required systems/components (Siemens NX / Solidworks / Teamcenter)
• Release and approve 3D data and 2D drawings.
• Complete feasibility studies on specified systems to confirm Design Directions and provide clear recommendations.
• Collaborate on design activities and provide Engineering input to achieve Program Objectives.
• Apply GD&T principles where appropriate
• Support Manufacturing with Design for Assembly and Simultaneous Engineering to minimise Manufacturing costs and Cycle times.
• Identify and overcome design threats to achieve plans, initiating intervention or escalation when necessary.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS (Mandatory):

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronis or related fields) 
• Experience working with nominated CAD tools required.
• Australian permanent residency or unrestricted work rights.
