SEGULA Technologies is supporting a major utility-scale energy infrastructure project in Uzbekistan and is seeking experienced professionals to join a multidisciplinary project team.
The project environment involves complex energy infrastructure, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), electrical substations, high-voltage systems, civil works, mechanical systems, automation and SCADA interfaces, construction supervision, quality management, HSE, logistics, and project controls.
We are looking for experienced professionals capable of working within a multicultural EPC project environment and coordinating effectively with contractors, engineering teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Timeline & Planning Lead (Energy & EPC Projects)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Timeline & Planning Lead to manage project scheduling, progress analysis, critical-path monitoring, contractor schedule reviews, and recovery planning for a major energy infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate EPC/BoP contractor baseline schedules at Levels 1–3.
- Verify contractual milestones, project objectives, logical sequencing, and critical-path requirements.
- Assess schedule realism, durations, resources, float, and interfaces among civil, electrical, mechanical, BESS, substation, and grid-connection activities.
- Integrate OEM manufacturing, equipment delivery, permitting, utility, and stakeholder milestones.
- Monitor Level 4 schedules, look-ahead programmes, and actual progress against baselines.
- Identify delays, schedule deviations, critical-path impacts, and project risks.
- Recommend mitigation and recovery actions.
- Review earned value data, S-curves, Gantt charts, and progress reports.
- Participate in project progress reviews.
- Coordinate scheduling interfaces among EPC contractors, OEMs, grid operators, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Track permitting, logistics, equipment delivery, site access, commissioning, and energisation risks.
- Produce schedule analyses, milestone reports, variance assessments, and executive dashboards.
- Support evaluation of time-related claims and extension-of-time requests.
- Ensure alignment between construction, commissioning, energisation, and Commercial Operation Date milestones.
Profil
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls for industrial, power generation, transmission, renewable energy, or EPC infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in utility-scale BESS, high-voltage substations, power plants, or comparable energy infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and project controls tools is desirable.
- Strong understanding of EPC execution, commissioning, and contractual milestone management.
- Professional proficiency in English.
