Mission
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Development & Validation Engineer to join our propulsion systems team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and validating critical powertrain components and systems. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering groups—including Controls, Calibration, Thermal Management, and E-Motor organizations—to ensure the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Core Responsibilities
System Development: Lead system-level DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) development and define comprehensive System Requirements.
Testing & Validation: Own the DVPR (Design Verification Plan and Report) and manage test execution to ensure all functional objectives and durability goals are achieved.
Analysis & Troubleshooting: Participate in post-test reviews and failure analysis. Lead triage investigations to identify root causes of development issues, ensuring product robustness, efficiency, and driveability.
Launch & Quality Support: Support assembly plant activities to facilitate smooth product launches. Lead root cause analysis for field warranty and quality investigations, identifying and validating optimal technical solutions.
