Some imagine the future. At SEGULA, we build it.
Mission
HV Component & Battery Analysis:
- Perform hands-on diagnostics, fault tracing, failure analysis, and root cause investigations of HV batteries and components (e.g., BMS, inverters, onboard chargers, DC/DC converters, and electric drive systems).
- Safely inspect, disassemble, analyze and where required, repair HV components and battery packs within the scope of applicable qualifications and authorizations.
- Analyze warranty-returned HV components and batteries, including failure reproduction, testing, and validation of technical findings.
- Use vehicle diagnostics, CAN data, measurement equipment, and engineering tools to investigate hardware- and software-related faults.
Quality Investigations & Collaboration:
- Independently execute assigned field quality investigations, from problem definition through root cause identification and technical recommendations.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and aftersales teams to validate findings and support corrective actions.
- Support Product Quality Project Leads with technical input during the early stages of the 8D process (D0–D3).
- Document investigation results, manage technical findings in relevant quality systems, and communicate conclusions to stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving investigation methods, technical knowledge, and product quality.
