Mission

The Logistics Engineer focuses on optimizing complete logistics flows—from supplier to point of use—based on efficiency and safety standards. This entry-level role applies theoretical knowledge obtained through relevant education to support ongoing operational improvements and standard operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process & Flow Optimization: Prepare and coordinate takt time, process, and product changes across internal and external logistics setups.

  • Continuous Improvement: Execute and implement approved operational improvements and perform setup rebuilds as needed.

  • Engineering Tasks: Conduct frequency studies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and analyze material flows.

  • Collaboration: Communicate and explain facts, policies, and practices related to the logistics job area.

Profile

Qualifications & Proficiency

  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience.

  • Education: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Supervision: Comfortable working under close supervision while handling routine, straightforward tasks and problem-solving.
