We are looking for a dynamic Fleet Programme Manager to provide strategic leadership across complex fleet and rolling stock programmes.
This is an opportunity for a senior rail professional to drive delivery across suppliers, operators, infrastructure teams and stakeholders while ensuring projects remain aligned with technical, operational and commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading fleet programme delivery from planning through implementation
- Managing programme risks, opportunities and governance processes
- Coordinating rolling stock suppliers, infrastructure teams and operators
- Driving stakeholder engagement and programme reporting
- Supporting business cases, approvals and readiness activities
- Ensuring fleet solutions meet safety and operational requirements
Profile
What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management or a related field
- Proven experience of delivering rolling stock or fleet programmes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major rail projects
- Strong stakeholder management and governance skills
- Proven track record of programme risk management and delivery
