Job Title: Technical Manager – Construction & Engineering

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to provide multidisciplinary engineering leadership and technical assurance throughout the lifecycle of a major automotive industrial development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical governance across engineering and construction.
Review consultant engineering designs.
Ensure designs are coordinated, constructible and compliant.
Manage technical queries, engineering changes and deviations.
Oversee civil, structural and building-system technical compliance.
Manage MEP and utility integration.
Coordinate interfaces between building services and production equipment.
Resolve multidisciplinary engineering conflicts.
Review construction methodologies for complex/high-risk activities.
Manage engineering risk and technical change control.
Support quality inspections and ITP requirements.
Support integrated testing and commissioning.
Review as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
Manage technical interfaces with consultants, contractors, utility providers and equipment suppliers.
Support final handover and operational readiness.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of relevant engineering experience.
Significant multi-site project experience.
Strong design-management and construction-technical-assurance background.
Industrial/manufacturing facility experience strongly preferred.
Strong multidisciplinary civil/structural/MEP interface experience.
Strong testing, commissioning and handover experience.
GCC/KSA experience preferred.
