About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of multiple construction sites within a major automotive industrial development.
The role provides overall governance across construction, MEP, logistics, HSE, quality, project controls and commercial interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall delivery across multiple concurrent construction sites.
Direct and coordinate site construction managers/engineers.
Monitor progress against approved baselines.
Manage relationships with consultants and main contractors.
Coordinate with planning, MEP, HSE, quality and commercial teams.
Review critical-path and lookahead programmes.
Coordinate industrial-equipment logistics and delivery sequencing.
Oversee laydown, traffic-management and logistics strategies.
Manage interfaces with production/industrialisation teams.
Ensure temporary and permanent power, chilled water, gas and utility requirements are coordinated.
Provide governance over lifting, working-at-height and other high-risk activities.
Review commercial/contractual matters affecting construction.
Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders.
Lead progress reporting to senior management.
Ensure construction completion and operational readiness.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
SCE approval/eligibility.
Minimum 25 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of industrial-park experience.
Extensive leadership of large-scale multi-site developments.
Strong industrial/manufacturing construction background.
Strong construction, MEP, logistics and project-controls knowledge.
PMP / RMP / CAPM or equivalent project-management credentials.
