Job Title: Senior Site Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Site Engineers to provide client-side construction supervision across multiple industrial construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and contractor performance.
Verify works against approved IFC drawings and specifications.
Monitor earthworks, excavation, ground improvement and foundations.
Supervise reinforced concrete and structural-steel works.
Monitor steel erection, welding, bolting and structural alignment.
Oversee roofing, cladding, façades and building-envelope installation.
Coordinate civil works with MEP and utility interfaces.
Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and process utilities.
Witness inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
Monitor working-at-height activities, scaffolding and MEWP operations.
Review lifting plans and monitor heavy-lifting activities.
Monitor progress against short- and medium-term lookahead schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, HSE and quality teams.
Support snagging, defect resolution and final handover.
Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
SCE eligibility/approval.
Minimum 12 years of construction/site-supervision experience.
Strong industrial, manufacturing, warehouse or major infrastructure experience.
Practical experience across civil, structural and MEP interfaces.
Strong understanding of HSE requirements and high-risk construction activities.
KSA/GCC construction experience preferred.
