We are seeking a Quality, Compliance & Export Control Officer.
Job Description
The successful candidate will support regulatory compliance, sanctions screening, export-control activities and counterparty due diligence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory compliance.
- Conduct sanctions screening.
- Conduct restricted-party screening where required.
- Perform counterparty due diligence.
- Support supplier and customer compliance reviews.
- Review transactions for potential export-control restrictions.
- Maintain compliance records.
- Maintain due-diligence documentation.
- Support risk assessments.
- Escalate identified compliance issues.
- Maintain appropriate audit trails.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics and Management.
- Support internal compliance procedures and controls.
Profile
Qualifications
- Previous compliance, export-control or trade-compliance experience.
- Knowledge of international sanctions.
- Knowledge of export-control requirements.
- Experience performing counterparty due diligence.
- Experience with controlled or dual-use products preferred.
- Defence, aerospace, international trading or government-contracting experience strongly advantageous.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
