Job Description
The Finance Manager / Controller will lead financial reporting, financial controlling, month-end/year-end closing and audit preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly financial closing.
- Manage year-end closing.
- Prepare financial and management reports.
- Maintain accounting controls.
- Coordinate annual audit preparation.
- Support year-end audit activities.
- Monitor financial performance.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyse financial variances.
- Support remediation of historical or accumulated financial losses where applicable.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure finance procedures are followed.
- Maintain financial information within Odoo.
- Support General Management with financial analysis.
Profile
Qualifications
- Proven Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar experience.
- Strong financial-control experience.
- Strong month-end and year-end closing experience.
- Experience preparing for external audits.
- Financial-reporting expertise.
- Odoo Finance experience preferred.
- UAE/GCC experience advantageous.
- Fluent English.
- Professional accounting qualification advantageous.
