Mission

  • CAD proposal generation using CATIA.
  • Understanding of target setting for Visibility, Package, and Usability (FI) requirements.
  • Knowledge of vehicle-level homologation requirements and ability to propose compliant design solutions.
  • Understanding of occupant-related hardpoints and parameters as per SAE J1100 terminology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop occupant packaging targets.
  • Generate vehicle-level target zones for exterior and interior packaging.
  • Develop occupant posture models and define target zones.
  • Assess CAS (Computer-Aided Styling) surfaces against packaging and ergonomic targets.
  • Prepare and maintain Layout of Points (LOPs) and Design Verification Plan (DVP) reports.
  • Develop innovative concepts in upper body packaging to enhance customer value and vehicle usability.
  • Support vehicle package optimization by balancing regulatory, ergonomic, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide packaging recommendations during product development.
  • Ensure packaging targets align with performance, safety, and usability objectives.
