Mission

  • Lead the development of Electrical & Electronic (E&E) subsystems from RFQ through industrial launch.
  • Drive the technical development of automotive software and E&E architectures in compliance with OEM standards.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective operational management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define technical roadmaps, development planning, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project planning, budget, KPIs, risks, and reporting to ensure successful project execution.
  • Act as the main technical interface with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support product development using PLM methodologies and ensure compliance with customer development processes.
  • Participate in the definition and validation of Electrical & Electronic Architecture (Architecture EE) and subsystem integration.
  • Coordinate the development of EDS (Electrical Distribution Systems), wiring harnesses (Faisceaux), cabling, and mechatronic systems.
  • Prepare and monitor operational development schemes (Schémas opérationnels de développement).
  • Ensure compliance with APQP/PAPP deliverables and customer quality requirements.
  • Support industrialization activities, production launch, and product transfer to manufacturing.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of E&E defects while ensuring rapid response to technical issues.
  • Coordinate RFQ activities by proposing optimized technical solutions and cost estimations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, delivery performance, and engineering efficiency

Profile

Education

  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive engineering.
  • Proven experience in Subsystem Technical Management, Project Leadership, or Technical Project Management.
  • Experience working with automotive OEMs.
  • Strong experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Experience from development through industrialization and production launch.
