Job Description
We are looking for a Production Process & SAP Routing Specialist to independently define and validate manufacturing production cycles.
The consultant will prepare process sheets, verify cycle times and support the insertion or correction of production routings in SAP.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess current production-line processes.
- Review process sheets, routings and work instructions.
- Define standard production cycles by product or line.
- Document operations, resources and dependencies.
- Perform cycle-time and standard-time analysis.
- Validate production cycles with shopfloor teams.
- Review discrepancies between actual and documented processes.
- Include quality-control requirements within process documentation.
- Prepare SAP-ready routing and work-order data.
- Insert, update or correct SAP production routings.
- Ensure system changes are tested and traceable.
- Prepare validation evidence and handover documentation.
Profile
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Production Engineering.
- Between 6 and 10 years of directly relevant experience.
- Strong manufacturing process and methods-engineering experience.
- Experience preparing production process sheets and routings.
- Demonstrated cycle-time and time-study capability.
- SAP PP or comparable manufacturing-system experience.
- MTM, MOST or similar methodology is preferred.
- Strong shopfloor-validation and documentation skills.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
