SAP Routings and Time Analysis
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Production Process Engineer to support production-cycle documentation, time observations and SAP routing-data preparation.
The consultant will work directly on the shopfloor and support the preparation of process sheets and validation records.
Main Responsibilities
- Observe and document production-line operations.
- Review existing process sheets and work instructions.
- Record operation sequences, resources and dependencies.
- Support production-cycle and standard-time analysis.
- Conduct basic time observations and cycle checks.
- Assist with preparation of validation sheets.
- Support SAP routing and work-order data preparation.
- Update process documentation and trackers.
- Record quality-control points within process sheets.
- Participate in shopfloor validation meetings.
- Support final documentation and handover.
Profile
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exposure to process sheets, routings or work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of time study and cycle-time analysis.
- SAP PP exposure is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or line balancing is advantageous.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
