- Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple business systems and data sources.
- Perform large-scale data analysis using statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and business insights.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Write and execute SQL and Python queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.

- Analyze structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data (XML, JSON, etc.).
- Present data-driven recommendations and communicate findings to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and analytical findings.
- Collaborate with business partners to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to analytical models and reporting tools.

As an HR Data Analyst, you will leverage analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools to uncover insights that improve the employee experience and support strategic business decisions.
Working alongside HR and cross-functional teams, you'll analyze complex datasets, develop dashboards, and present meaningful insights that drive organizational performance.
Required Qualifications-
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or a related quantitative field:

- Applied Sciences
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL and Python.
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of databases, data models, and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience applying machine learning models in a business environment.
- Experience with Alteryx, Skywise, MATLAB, R, SAS, or Excel for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of HR analytics or workforce data is preferred.
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer or similar data engineering certification. Additional Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
- Hybrid schedule: 80% on-site, 20% remote.
