Mission

  • Operations & Strategy: Lead national waste operations, facilities (ETP/landfills), and long-term infrastructure planning aligned with company growth and ESG targets.

  • Capital Projects: Direct multi-site projects from feasibility and permitting to design, construction, and commissioning on time and within budget.

  • Logistics & Fleet: Manage vehicle fleet scheduling, maintenance, route optimization, and safe transport of hazardous materials.

  • Compliance & HSE: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental regulations, and ISO certifications; manage regulatory interfaces and audits.

  • Asset & Cost Management: Oversee asset lifecycles, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, cost-reduction initiatives, and site financial performance.

  • Tech & Innovation: Implement telemetry, digitization, ERP systems, and data-driven operational tools across all regions.

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team (span of control up to 1,400 employees) with a safety-first culture.

Profile

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s in Technical Operations.

Experience

  • 10+ years in senior operations leadership managing multi-site infrastructure.

  • 5+ years specifically in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Background in waste management, industrial services, or logistics.

  • Proven track record leading large capital projects (concept to commissioning) and large workforce teams (up to 1,400 staff).
