Mission

  • Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
  • Perform packaging studies, tolerance stack-up analysis, and interface management.
  • Develop plastic, sheet metal, die-cast, and injection-molded components.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive regulations (ECE, FMVSS, AIS) related to mirror systems.
  • Support DFMEA, DFM, DFA, GD&T, and design validation activities.
  • Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, tooling, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO/ECN) and product lifecycle documentation.
  • Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Drive cost optimization, weight reduction, and quality improvement initiatives.
