Mission

  • Create and maintain Engineering BOM (EBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (MBOM).
  • Analyze product structures and ensure correct part hierarchy.
  • Validate part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and attributes.
  • Manage BOM changes due to engineering modifications.
  • Process Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
  • Perform BOM comparison and gap analysis between different vehicle versions.
  • Maintain part lifecycle information (new, modified, obsolete, replaced parts).
  • Support spare parts/service BOM creation.
  • Ensure BOM accuracy before vehicle production milestones.
  • Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier, and After Sales teams.
  • Perform data quality checks in PLM systems.
