Are you ready to drive the future of automotive innovation? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team at SEGULA Technologies. In this critical role, you will lead the successful management and coordination of propulsion system projects, working closely with Stellantis and our internal teams to ensure project goals and timelines are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee propulsion system projects from initiation through to successful completion.
Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the Stellantis plant and internal teams, guaranteeing seamless communication and operational alignment.
Project Delivery: Drive project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all deliverables strictly comply with client and company expectations.
On-Site Leadership: Conduct regular visits to the Stellantis plant (3-4 times per week) to monitor project progress and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates to key stakeholders, maintaining total transparency and clarity.
Profile
Location: Must currently reside in Toluca or the immediate surrounding area.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a highly related field.
Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing propulsion systems or complex automotive-related projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong, practical understanding of propulsion system components and manufacturing processes.
Core Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Mobility: Full availability to visit the Stellantis plant 3-4 times per week, as well as other sites when necessary.
Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strictly required.
Active PMP Certification or equivalent certification in Project Management.
