Mission

  • Prepare the workshop with the facilitator and recover inputs datas in preparation for intensive days
  • Participate in intensive days in plants and Suppliers’ plants
  • Initialize the action plan with the list of identified Supply Chain optimization topics
  • Macro quote identified Supply Chain actions to identify the topics to be realized and those to give up
  • Prepare the presentation in the validation instances (PEPP, …) for validation of the optimizations and associated investments
  • Implement Supply Chain actions (Inbound Flow, Packaging, Internal Flow) in support of core businesses and plants
  • Organize logistics Gemba walks
  • Be the window person for all transversal proposals from other plants
  • Manage and update his ideas portfolio (from Suppliers, Monozukuri workshops, Gemba walks, plants, good practices…) with the appropriate tools
  • Manage regular meetings with his stakeholders in the plants
  • Manage regular Value Optimization meetings with his assigned suppliers to monitor their VO portfolio on all Supply Chain topics, challenging them to find new ideas
  • Share with his peers his best practices and does benchmark

Profile

  • Logistics experience, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Ability to analyze data
  • Ability to manage projects : conducting business cases, planning, creating and following a plan, defining pilot projects, coordinating different stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with different stakeholders
  • Be goal oriented
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Organization
  • Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Have some knowledge of ergonomics
  • English B2 or higher
