- Test Scope Architecture: You will analyze existing testing concepts and design innovative approaches to efficiently allocate testing scopes across various validation levels.
- Efficiency Driving: You will identify and implement initiatives to minimize testing efforts, leveraging risk-based, model-based, and data-driven testing strategies.
- Tech & Innovation: You will evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI to identify defect hotspots early on and intelligently optimize regression test suites.
- Data-Driven Decisions: You will establish data-backed foundations for decision-making to continuously refine test strategies and sustainably boost efficiency and quality.
- Transformation Catalyst: You will actively champion methodological innovations, serving as a key driver for the transformation of automotive testing.
Profile
- Education: A university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in automotive testing.
- Methodological Expertise: Initial hands-on experience in drafting or evolving high-level test concepts and test strategies.
- Future Tech Interest: Experience with, or a strong passion for, applying data-driven methods and Generative AI within the testing domain.
- Mindset & Skills: Highly developed analytical and conceptual strengths with a strong focus on sustainable process optimization. You possess a proactive, self-motivated "shaper" personality.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive topics forward independently and tailor your approach to different stakeholders.
