Mission
The Technical Delegate will have to perform missions to accelerate repair vehicles in EE.
Each TD could work on a single vehicle or on an issue affecting several vehicles. He’s part of the technical Assistance process and team.
This SoW covers all required intervention and related services on Fleets vehicles (Failure investigation, Root Cause analysis and repair, SW update, Field Action execution, High Voltage battery repair etc.).
Deliverables
- The TD will have to use PAMIR for having the full traceability of each case.
- The TD will have to perform mission at dealer shop, transferred from Level 1 or Level 2.
- Working also with other departments, he will have to fill-in some CIR-A (Customer Incident Report-Assistance) to explain every issue affecting several vehicles to ask Engineering to provide robust solution.
- Efficiency will be measured through: Positive solutions and Leadtime of the cases assign to the TD
- Service level Expected (to be confirmed after the bid assignment): managing >1 visit/ day, visit reporting in Customer Systems
Profile
Technical skills :
- Proven experience in the automotive industry within technical support, diagnostics, dealership workshop, field service, or OEM/Importer technical assistance.
- Ability to summarize, author and communicate verbally.
- Good English language knowledge (written and spoken).
Behavioral Skills :
- Sensitive to customer service and costs.
- Organizational ability and ability to coordinate a cross-disciplinary team.
- An educator, good verbal and written communication, open-minded, good interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and a self-starter to manage his/her time and priorities.
