Responsibilities: 

• Provide on-site technical support and presence at a nuclear facility.
• Supervise condenser, industrial boiler, and heat exchanger assembly activities.
• Serve as the technical interface between the client and subcontractors.
• Act as the client’s representative on the construction site.
• Verify compliance and quality of completed work.
• Identify technical deviations and potential quality risks.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical advisory support to execution teams.
• Contribute to meeting quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Perform work within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications: 

• 10+ years of experience in heavy industrial environments.
• Technical background in mechanics, boilermaking, welding, or an equivalent field.
• Experience in the nuclear, coal, Oil & Gas, industrial boiler, or heat exchanger industries.
• Strong skills in site supervision, blueprint interpretation, pressure equipment assembly and welding, and field quality control.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated autonomy, strong communication abilities, and diplomatic assertiveness.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, quality procedures, and field reporting.
• Professional proficiency in English required; fluency preferred.
