Aircraft Quality Inspector / Aircraft Quality Control Inspector
Location: Opa-Locka, FL

Join a leading aviation maintenance team supporting Bombardier business jet operations in Opa-Locka, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Aircraft Quality Control Inspector to perform aircraft inspection, documentation review, configuration verification, and return-to-service support on Global and Challenger aircraft. This role ensures all aircraft meet strict FAA airworthiness requirements, safety standards, and customer quality expectations within a high-performance business aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft quality inspections and return-to-service support activities
• Conduct walk-around inspections prior to aircraft release from maintenance
• Verify aircraft configuration through physical inspection and maintenance records
• Review and validate all maintenance documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all work packages, logbooks, and regulatory documents are complete and accurate (FAA, FAR, CAA, and customer requirements)
• Inspect aircraft systems, components, and maintenance actions performed by technicians
• Support aircraft return-to-service processes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Assist with receiving inspections of aircraft parts and components as required
• Research and interpret maintenance documentation and engineering data
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times
• Provide support and technical guidance to maintenance teams when required

Profile

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate or business aviation
  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
