Mission

  • Support aircraft systems integration activities throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Participate in systems engineering, conceptual design, and architecture definition activities
  • Develop and manage system requirements and interface documentation
  • Support requirements-based verification and validation processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including avionics, electrical, software, and certification groups
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace regulations and development standards
  • Support system safety assessments and certification activities
  • Utilize requirements management tools and systems engineering methodologies
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical problem-solving initiatives

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field
  • Formal Systems Engineering training is considered a strong asset
  • 7–10+ years of experience in: Aircraft development, Complex systems development, Aircraft certification, Systems engineering, Conceptual design, Architecture definition
  • Strong knowledge of: ARP4754, ARP4761
  • In-depth understanding of: Requirements management tools, Systems engineering processes, Verification and validation methodologies
  • Experience working in regulated aerospace environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Preferred Experience: Aircraft systems integration experience, Avionics systems development, Safety-critical systems experience, Aerospace certification program support, Experience working within OEM or aerospace manufacturing environments
