Mission
- Conducting tensile tests according to defined procedures and customer acceptance criteria.
- Conducting systematic handovers from production and ensure that all test reports are completed.
- Identifying, tracking and managing errors with precision and urgency.
- Escalating unresolved issues to the EPU test manager and suggest process improvements.
- Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and quality teams.
- Maintaining and reporting of KPIs and ensuring compliance with EHS standards.
- Reporting any deviations, near misses, and accidents immediately.
Profile
- Testing and/or commissioning experience in industrial environments (railway, automation or process industry).
- Solid technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical and network systems .
- A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills .
- Ability to work across multicultural teams and functions .
- Strong team spirit and communication skills .
- English language skills (spoken and written).
