We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Kechnec, Slovakia. You will be responsible for overseeing entire programs from conception to completion, ensuring they meet strict deadlines, quality standards, and financial targets. Reports to the Senior Launch manager. This role plays a key role in customer communication and collaboration across various departments. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage program schedules, quality, and financial performance. 

• Oversee program spending and various metrics, including engineering costs, tooling budgets, and overall program financials. 

• Possess a deep understanding of industrialization processes and support DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and launch readiness activities. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. 

• Assist in preparing and reviewing customer quotations, focusing on profitable and strategic opportunities. 

• Analyze lost business opportunities to identify areas for improvement. 

• Collaborate with Global Product Managers, Product Engineering, and Sales to provide customer feedback, gather competitive insights, and ensure product alignment.
